Help Centre

The Capture Help Centre is a new online resource that sits alongside our Zendesk based support ticket system. It is a repository for our documentation, training materials, update information and release notes. Use the search bar to find articles geared towards frequently asked questions, how-to guides and more.

If you’re an Authorised User of Capture within your business, you will already have a Zendesk login, which is needed to access these materials.  If you need access, please contact your Account Manager.
